MOSCOW NIGHTS from TWO OLD BAGS

This triangular shaped shawl pattern is inspired by the triangle shawls knit in the Orenburg tradition. Several innovative techniques are introduced to make this shawl perfectly symmetrical. The body of the shawl is knit and the edging is applied at the end. Two sizes are given - a large shawl and smaller scarf. Thorough construction techniques are included along with charts for the entire shawl.

Yarn: Shawl uses 1125 yards yards of lace weight yarn. Scarf uses 775 yards of lace weight yarn

Needles: Size 6US, 24" long circular and size 6US double points

Finished size: Shawl is 38" deep from neck to point at center back and 75" wide. Scarf is 25" deep and 48" wide
